A vegetarian treat with southwestern flair! Oven-roasted butternut squash with black beans, spices, fresh cilantro and a blend of cheeses layered with flour tortillas and enchilada sauce.
Wine Pairing: Argentinian Malbec
Pasta Pomodoro $7 per person
Three-flavored penne pasta tossed with our own rustic peasant sauce made with sautéed San Marzano tomatoes and baked with our four cheese blend.
Add herb-grilled chicken - $8 per person
Add hand-rolled meatballs - $9 per person
Add house-made sausage - $9 per person

Roasted garlic and spices  layered with pasta, ricotta and our house-made marinara, finished with gourmet cheeses.

Pesto Tortellini Primavera $9 per person
Three-cheese tri-colored tortellini tossed with fresh primavera vegetables, house- made pesto, cream and parmesan cheese.
Wine Pairing: Sangiovese
Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms $7 per person
Filled with couscous, spinach, artichokes, piquillo peppers and romano cheese served on a
roasted tomato coulis.
Wine Pairing: Soave or Pinot Gris
Eggplant Parmesan $8 per person
Sliced eggplant individually breaded and finished with house-made marinara sauce and  gourmet cheeses.  Served over gemelli pasta.
Wine Pairing: Tuscan Red
Pecan-Crusted Eggplant $8 per person
Battered and breaded with our house-made pecan breadcrumbs and served with a sherry cream sauce, caramelized onions, roasted butternut squash, and toasted pecans. 
Wine Pairing: Spanish Red
Southwestern Vegetable Cassoulet $8 per person
A bed of roasted potatoes, beans and red onion topped with southwest vegetable stew, grilled tofu, and blended cheese.
Wine Pairing: Spanish Crianza
Black Bean Burritos $8 per person

Roasted vegetables, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, and black beans wrapped in a flour tortilla and finished with a southwest chipotle sauce and baked with more cheese. Served with pico de gallo and sour cream.

Wine Pairing: Chilean Cabernet
