or Pinot Noir
Hot Smoked with Cherry Mustard Butter Wine Pairing: Michigan Pinot Noir
Thai Chili and Orange Glazed Wine Pairing: Dry Riesling
Parmesan Roasted Tilapia $11 per person
Farm-raised Chilean tilapia topped with virgin olive oil, aged parmesan, Spanish paprika and fresh herbs. Served over orzo with Amoygue sauce of diced tomatoes, red onion, garlic, olive oil, and parmesan.
Wine Pairing: Gascogne White or White Bordeaux
Potato-Crusted Whitefish $13 per person
Fresh whitefish seasoned and crusted with shredded potatoes, sautéed and roasted, and served with scallions and grilled tomatoes in a brandy lobster cream. 
Wine Pairing: Chenin Blanc or Chardonnay
