Tender breast medallion marinated in our own pesto sauce topped with grape tomato relish.

Tuscan Grilled Chicken $8 per person 
Succulent boneless and skinless thighs marinated in extra virgin olive oil with fresh herbs and lemon, then grilled and served with artichokes, red onions, tomatoes and baby greens.
Wine Pairing: Pinot Gris or Pinot Grigio
Chicken Marsala $8 per person
Tender breast of chicken marinated with garlic, shallots and fresh herbs; grilled and served with our mushroom Marsala demi-glace with garnish of red bell peppers and leeks.
Wine Pairing: Nero d’Avola
Chicken Parmesan $8 per person
Italian herb-marinated chicken breast pan-seared and covered with our house-made marinara sauce and four cheese blend. Served over gemelli pasta tossed in house-made marinara with garlic bread on the side.

Smothered Chicken $9 per person
Spiced grilled chicken smothered with sautéed peppers and onions with smoked bacon and swiss cheese. Served over cracked mustard & horseradish cream.

Chicken Scaloppini Piccata $8 per person
Boneless chicken breast simmered in white wine, chicken stock, artichokes and charred lemon topped with capers.

Bourbon Street Chicken $9 per person
Creole sautéed chicken and sliced andouille sausage in a brown roux gumbo sauce and garnished with okra and peppers.
Wine Pairing: Cabernet Franc
Chicken Saltimbocca $10 per person
Sautéed chicken medallion topped with prosciutto, baby spinach, roma tomatoes and four cheese blend, finished with a roasted garlic veloute sauce.

Fire-Grilled Lemon Chicken $8 per person
Juicy chicken thighs steeped in lemon zest, garlic, olive oil and fresh herbs, topped with charred lemons and Spanish piquillo peppers in a sweet pepper coulis.

Southwest Fiesta Chicken $8 per person
Chipotle, lime and cumin marinated chicken breast topped with corn salsa and Tex-Mex cheeses, finished with a sour cream sauce.
Wine Pairing: Chilean Red
Black Forest Chicken Roulade $10 per person
Smoked ham, bacon, swiss cheese, fresh spinach and roasted peppers rolled up in a chicken breast, roasted, sliced and served with roasted tomato veloute.
