with Roadhouse Peppers & Onions
$8 per person
Roasted and smothered with our sweet and tangy whisky BBQ sauce and topped with sweet peppers and onions.
Wine Pairing: Malbec or Zinfandel
Honey Mustard Curry Pork Loin $8 per person
Corn-fed pork tenderloin marinated in an Indian curry with clover honey. Grilled, sliced and presented with Bombay chutney.
Wine Pairing: Zinfandel or Australian Red 
 Pit BBQ Pulled Pork $10 per person
Tender pork shoulder braised in-house with southern spices and finished with sweet bell peppers and a smokey BBQ sauce. Served with buns and creamy coleslaw.
