Super tender, thinly sliced and served spiced your favorite way.
Sicilian Spiced with garlic, herbs and balsamic. Wine Pairing: Southern Italian Red
Southwestern Style with cumin and chipotle. Wine Pairing: California Cabernet Sauvignon
   
Beef Tenderloin $18 per person
Choice beef tenderloin rubbed in our blend of herbs and garlic and roasted medium-rare. So tender and tasty, we are often told “it melts in your mouth.” Served with a caramelized onion lyonnaise sauce.
Wine Pairing: Southern Rhône
Beef Brisket $15 per person
The most flavorful cut of beef. Slow-cooked for 8 hours until fork tender. Italian braised in San Marzano tomatoes, roasted garlic and fresh basil, hardwood-smoked with a sweet & spicy Texas rub or braised and finished with parsely and lemon gremolata.
Wine Pairing: Cabernet Sauvignon or Malbec
