Vegetarian Stuffed Mushrooms* $18 per dozen
Mushroom caps stuffed with seasonal fresh vegetables, garlic and herbs, topped with four cheeses and accented with a roasted pepper cream.
Spinach & Feta in Phyllo* $18 per dozen
Sautéed spinach and onion blended with imported feta cheese and lemon. Wrapped in buttery, flaky phyllo dough and baked until golden.
Produce Station’s Meatballs $15 per dozen
Our meatballs are fresh-made with house-ground sirloin, garlic, herbs and panko breadcrumbs and hand-rolled. Available glazed with BBQ, sweet and sour sauce, or swimming in our house-made marinara or creamy stroganoff sauces.
Oriental Pot Stickers $18 per dozen
Won ton wrappers filled with ground pork, ginger, garlic and scallions. Pan fried and served with an Asian slaw and our house-made dipping sauce.
Chicken Meatballs in Pesto Cream Sauce $15 per dozen
Hand-rolled ground chicken meatballs with button mushrooms and Spanish piquillo peppers, Fire-roasted and served in a pesto cream sauce.
Empanadas  
A Latin favorite with southwest fillings wrapped in a flaky dough and dusted with spices.

Mini New England Crab Cakes $24 per dozen
Lump crab meat blended with peppers, onions, fresh herbs and breadcrumbs. Lightly sautéed and served with a stone-ground mustard cream.
Southwest Sweet Potato Cakes* $18 per dozen
Made with fresh-shredded sweet potatoes, black beans, sweet peppers, brown butter and sweet corn. Sautéed to perfec­tion and served with an apple cider cream.
Brie En Croute* $60 serves 25-30 guests
Choice of savory or sweet French brie wrapped in puff pastry; baked golden brown. Served with baguettes and crackers.
Savory sundried tomato pesto, smoked salmon and arugula.
Sweetsautéed apples, brown sugar, pears and pecans.
