Made old-world style and preservative-free with our own house-smoked salmon and horseradish crème. Garnished with lemon zest, fresh dill and roasted Spanish peppers.
Wine Pairing: Cava
Italian Bruschetta* $20 per dozen
Fresh tomatoes marinated in olive oil, garlic, red onion, shaved parmesan and fresh basil. Served on herb-toasted baguette rounds.
Wine Pairing: Trebbiano
Roast Beef Tenderloin Canapé $24 per dozen
Choice beef tenderloin rubbed with garlic and peppercorns then roasted to medium rare. Served on a house-made crostini round with horseradish sauce, wild mushrooms, roasted piquillo pepper and leeks.
Wine Pairing: Nebbiolo
Woodsman Chicken Crostini $22 per dozen
Toasted bread round topped with a white cheddar mousse, house-smoked chicken and a red onion marmalade.
Wine Pairing: Grüner Veltliner
