Wisconsin cheddar, domestic Swiss, dill havarti, smoked mozzarella, and aged white cheddar. Garnished with fresh fruit and served with crackers.

An eclectic blend of imported & domestic cheeses like creamy brie, aged white cheddar, herb & peppered goat cheese, gorgonzola and others, beautifully presented with grapes and fresh berries. Served with crackers and fresh sliced baguette.

A perfect fit for any function. Our house-made guacamole paired with our fresh salsa fresca and Detroit's own Hacienda corn chips. Our way of saying that it’s best when it’s fresh.

An elegant display of our award-winning produce, including: carrots, celery, cauliflower, grape tomatoes, sweet bell peppers, English cucumbers, blanched asparagus and broccoli. Served with our own creamy Rosemary Buttermilk dip.

A variety of vegetarian and meat sandwiches rolled with baby greens, tomatoes, cheeses and varied house spreads on lawash bread; sliced and arranged.

A wonderful assortment of appetizers including grilled eggplant and portabello mushrooms, marinated artichoke hearts, oven-roasted asparagus, Spanish piquillo peppers, herb-marinated olives, fresh mozzarella and French-style salamis. Served with sliced baguettes.

Grilled Vegetable Platter*

Fresh marinated vegetables including asparagus, eggplant, portabello mushrooms, sweet bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, and carrots grilled to perfection and served with a tamari and sesame dipping sauce.

Roasted Beef Tenderloin Platter Small $125 | Medium $250 | Large $300
Choice beef tenderloin rubbed with garlic and house spices and roasted medium-rare. Sliced and served with horseradish sauce, stone-ground mustard, red onions, pickles, gorgonzola and havarti cheeses. Served with house-made demi rolls.

Smoked Salmon Platter
**Requires 96 hour notice.

An assortment of our smoked salmon thinly sliced and beautiful presented with capers, diced eggs, red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and lemons. Served with sliced baguettes and house-made crostini.
